Workforce Sentinel
Workforce Sentinel is Canadian-owned and Canadian-hosted. Our core application infrastructure and primary PostgreSQL database run on Canadian-owned Canner infrastructure in Quebec.
Canadian-owned. Canadian-hosted.Workforce Sentinel is Canadian-owned.
The public frontend, API, application compute and primary database are hosted through Canner in Montreal, Quebec.
Canner provisions and injects the dedicated PostgreSQL database used for workforce, identity, onboarding, training, credential, competency, inquiry, permission and audit records.
Private evidence uploads use Canner-managed storage. SCORM package storage is configured against Wasabi’s ca-central-1 endpoint. Canadian storage location does not make Wasabi a Canadian-owned provider.
Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS and certificate services. Workforce Sentinel’s current public apex configuration also proxies public web traffic through Cloudflare; API, application and content hosts are DNS-only.
Resend is a separate U.S.-region transactional processor. It processes recipient addresses, delivery metadata and the content of messages sent through it.
Residency describes where data is stored. Sovereignty also considers the provider’s ownership and legal jurisdiction.
Canner, Wasabi, Cloudflare and Resend are assessed separately. Canner’s sovereignty attestation is not extended to the other providers.
